About paying with credit card

For credit card payments you will be redirected to PayPal's site, where you can pay using all major credit cards without opening a PayPal account or logging into one.

When you get to the PayPal site, on the right side, on the lower part, you can see a link with a text: "(Optional) Open PayPal ..." If you click there, you can enter your credit card info and pay; no PayPal account will be made.

However, in certain cases this 'Optional' link is not available, and you are asked to use your PayPal account or open a new one. This might happen, if you are a regular customer of PayPal using the same credit card, or you have cookies on your computer from a previous visit that have not expired yet.

What can you do to still pay with PayPal without opening or logging into a PayPal account? Try one of the options below:

  • Use a different credit card.
  • Delete the  web browser's cookies, temp files and history, then close the web browser, reopen it and try again.
  • Open a New Private Window if you use Firefox (see the menu on top right) and try again.
  • Open a New Incognito Window if you use Chrome (see the menu top right) and try again.
